1 · Age restriction

Volcán Reserve sells tobacco products intended for adults only. You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, order, or receive products from this site. We verify age at entry and again at checkout, and every delivery requires an adult signature.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2 · Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and it ships. We may decline or cancel any order, including for stock limits, pricing errors, suspected resale, or shipping restrictions in your state.

Custom and personalized blends are made to order. Once a personalized band or blend enters production it cannot be cancelled or returned.

3 · Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable state and local tobacco taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Checkout is currently handled concierge-style: we confirm your order and payment method directly with you before production or shipment.

4 · Shipping and risk of loss

We ship only within the United States and only to states where direct-to-consumer cigar shipments are permitted. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; see our shipping page for transit windows and condition claims.

5 · Returns

Unopened boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Opened boxes, singles, samplers and personalized or custom blends are not returnable. Cigars that arrive damaged or out of condition are replaced at no cost when reported within seven days with a photo.

6 · Product information

Wrapper, binder, filler, vitola, strength and flavor descriptions are provided as guidance. Tobacco is an agricultural product and harvest-to-harvest variation is normal and expected.

7 · Intellectual property

The Volcán Reserve name, emblem, blend names, photography and written content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9 · Health warning

SURGEON GENERAL WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Cigar smoking can cause lung cancer and heart disease. Tobacco smoke increases the risk of lung cancer and heart disease, even in nonsmokers. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. Tobacco use increases the risk of infertility, stillbirth and low birth weight. This product contains nicotine, an addictive chemical.
