Order information: the blends, quantities and delivery details needed to fulfill an order, plus age-verification confirmation.

Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

How we use it

To recommend blends, fulfill and support orders, verify that customers are 21 or older, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional release notes. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Your account data and palate profile are readable only by you and by our staff when you ask for help. Service providers who process payments, ship orders or verify age receive only what they need to complete that task.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as tobacco-sales recordkeeping requires. You can ask us to delete your account, quiz answers and blend profile at any time through the contact page, and we will confirm within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in, remember age verification, and hold your cart and quiz answers. No advertising trackers are used on this site.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
